
As part of the PAMPAT II project, Oui Export supported six Tunisian SMEs specialized in natural cosmetic ingredients at the In-Cosmetics Global 2024 trade fair in Paris. The mission combined high-level preparation, targeted buyer matchmaking, and on-site B2B coordination. Each company received a tailored appointment schedule with qualified international buyers.

The Problem
Tunisia has a strong and growing offer in natural cosmetic ingredients, such as prickly pear seed oil, pomegranate oil, neroli, and floral waters. However, most local producers lack structured access to international markets. These companies—often small and artisanal—face challenges in presenting their products with commercial clarity, aligning with international quality expectations, and standing out in highly competitive trade fairs.
Despite participating in major events like In-Cosmetics, they often attend without a unified sector identity, without pre-targeted buyer contacts, and without tools to pitch effectively, leading to low commercial conversion. Tunisia’s value-added in this niche is still under-recognized, and without technical-commercial framing and matchmaking, its visibility doesn’t translate into business opportunities.
