We supported 7 Tunisian companies from the dates and sun-dried tomato sectors during their participation at ANUGA 2023. The mission aimed to maximize commercial impact through targeted B2B matchmaking, customized preparation, and direct buyer engagement. The booth served as a strategic hub to promote natural ingredients from Tunisia.

The Problem

Tunisian exporters of sun-dried tomatoes and date derivatives face intense competition in EU markets, with limited buyer visibility and strong pressure on prices for bulk ingredients. Despite increasing global demand for healthy, natural ingredients, these SMEs lacked the branding tools and international outreach capacity to secure quality leads at major trade shows like ANUGA.

  • Designed a dedicated promotional booklet in English showcasing the 7 companies and their product strengths

  • Built and activated a custom B2B prospecting campaign, leveraging our internal network and the fair’s exhibitor lists

  • Confirmed 20+ B2B meetings with importers, processors, and ingredient buyers

  • Delivered on-site coordination and coaching to guide the companies before, during, and after the show

  • Assisted each exhibitor in direct engagement and outbound visits to buyer stands across the venue
