Oui Export designed and implemented a 6-month capacity-building project for 30 Tunisian agri-food companies, covering export strategy and food safety. The mission included training, coaching, market research, and a virtual B2B event with international buyers. The project was fully executed by our team under the national TRAQ framework.

The Problem
Tunisian agri-food SMEs often struggle to access export markets due to weak internal structuring, limited understanding of international requirements, and poor alignment with global hygiene and food safety standards. Most companies lack tailored export strategies, regulatory knowledge (especially EU-focused), and visibility among foreign buyers. Without a structured framework, promising exporters remain stuck in local or low-value markets.

Match each company with relevant target markets and product-market fits.
-
Generate real international exposure through a successful B2B matchmaking event.
-
Ensure participation and engagement over a long-term training and coaching program.
